At Kizai Music, our mission is to ensure that your shipment arrives promptly, with care, and accurately. We understand that buying online can be stressful. Our goal is to alleviate your concerns and make your transaction seamless and enjoyable. As musicians ourselves, we are committed to delivering your items exactly as they should be, every time.
Shipping Details:
We expedite most orders placed before 5 PM on the same day, once payment is confirmed. If your order includes multiple items, processing might take an extra 1-3 days if we need to consolidate them. Feel free to contact us for a detailed shipping timeline.

Exceptions
- If we need to contact you concerning your order/shipment before shipping and await a response.
- Occasional extra high volume sale days and the annual Black Friday period.
- If your product is flagged as a backorder in the shopping cart, checkout page and order confirmation email, we will stay in contact with you if unexpected delays occur. Or, if in the rare case our stock levels are inaccurate and we accidentally do not have your product to ship, it will become a backorder. We will notify you ASAP.

International Shipping
- Destination: We proudly service over 230 countries,
- Order Processing: We ship 6 days a week except sunday
- Delivery times: averages 5 to 25 days depend on the destination but is not guaranteed and in some cases can take longer.
- Tracking is included for all shipments. You will receive a shipping email which will include a tracking number. Please note, this tracking page may include a second tracking number, which is your local postal tracking number.
- Customs Duties or other Taxes levied at the destination address are not included in the shipping charges and are the sole responsibility of the customer,
- We cannot change the amount of invoices, send from an individual, or send as gifts or samples.
- You may have to pickup your package at your local post office or customs/duties office.
- Packages shown to be refused by recipient or abandoned at customs or postal offices do not qualify for a refund unless returned.
Please note:
In an effort to provide the lowest shipping rates and Free Shipping options, Kizai Music reserves the right to:
1. ship via UPS when the order weight causes UPS rates to be more competitive, and
2. combine shipments going to the same address to help reduce postage costs. Please understand that there is a possibility that your package may be shipped to you via UPS. If you do not wish for us to ship your order via UPS please leave us a message in the "Comments" section of your order and we may contact you for additional shipping fees. We appreciate your cooperation!
