At Kizai Music, our mission is to ensure that your shipment arrives promptly, with care, and accurately. We understand that buying online can be stressful. Our goal is to alleviate your concerns and make your transaction seamless and enjoyable. As musicians ourselves, we are committed to delivering your items exactly as they should be, every time.
Domestic Shipping
Processing: We expedite most orders placed before 2 PM EST, processing them on the same day once payment is confirmed. If your order includes multiple items, it may take an extra 1-3 business days to consolidate them for shipment.
Delivery Times & Fulfillment: To provide the fastest possible service, we fulfill orders from two primary locations.

USA Warehouse (New York): For most domestic orders, delivery is estimated to take 1-5 business days depending on your location.

China Warehouse (Hangzhou): Some items may ship directly from our international warehouse. These orders are estimated to arrive within 5-8 business days.

Costs: Standard shipping is a flat rate of $4.95, and is free for all orders $30 and above.

If your product is flagged as a backorder in the shopping cart, checkout page and order confirmation email, we will stay in contact with you if unexpected delays occur. Or, if in the rare case our stock levels are inaccurate and we accidentally do not have your product to ship, it will become a backorder. We will notify you ASAP.

International Shipping

Destination: We proudly service over 230 countries.

Order Processing: We ship 6 days a week, except Sunday.

Delivery Times: Average delivery times are 5 to 25 days depending on the destination. Please note, this is an estimate and is not guaranteed, and in some cases can take longer due to customs delays.

Tracking: Tracking is included for all shipments. You will receive a shipping email which will include a tracking number. Please note, this tracking page may include a second tracking number, which is your local postal tracking number.

Customs Duties & Taxes: Customs Duties or other Taxes levied at the destination address are not included in the shipping charges and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refused/Abandoned Packages: Packages shown to be refused by the recipient or abandoned at customs or postal offices do not qualify for a refund unless returned.

Ship via UPS when the order weight causes UPS rates to be more competitive.

Combine shipments going to the same address to help reduce postage costs. Please understand that there is a possibility that your package may be shipped to you via UPS. If you do not wish for us to ship your order via UPS, please leave us a message in the "Comments" section of your order, and we may contact you for additional shipping fees.
