Description:
Black Diamond Jimi Hendrix Woodstock electric guitar strings are crafted using a high-carbon steel core wire pulled to optimum tension and wound with high-grade nickel wrap wire. This specific ratio of core to wrap wire, managed by pitch and tension controllers, creates a string designed for precision. The Extra Light set features gauges ranging from .009 (0.23mm) to .042 (1.07mm), including .011 (0.28mm), .016 (0.41mm), .024 (0.61mm), and .032 (0.81mm) strings.
These strings support the James Marshall Hendrix Foundation, established in 1988 by Al Hendrix. The foundation works to improve quality of life and encourage creativity in music, arts, and sciences. By utilizing these nickel wound strings, players participate in the legacy of the Jimi Hendrix Foundation, which is dedicated to the advancement of the world community through the spirit of peace, love, and music.
