The CKK Electronic Honey Jar MKII is CKK's hand-soldered tribute to the classic late-'70s overdrive: high saturation, a transparent tone with strong mids and lows, and no compression. CKK built it around new old stock components collected over many years, which is why production was always limited.
Use it as a drive on its own or as a boost into a cranked amp; the low end stays put and the boosted tone stays clear. A style switch gives two overdrive voicings. The MKII is now discontinued.
