Made for electric guitar, this Blues Heavy set combines plain steel treble strings with nickel round wound coated strings on the lower three positions. Its gauges run .012-.052, with the .012, .015 and .019 plain steel strings paired with .032, .042 and .052 nickel wound strings.
The ProCoated finish uses an imperceptible polyurethane film over the winding. String tensions are 23.4 lb (10.6 kg), 20.5 lb (9.3 kg), 20.8 lb (9.4 kg), 27.8 lb (12.6 kg), 26.5 lb (12.0 kg) and 22.3 lb (10.1 kg), from high E to low E.
