The Gotoh SG381 MG-T adds Gotoh's Magnum Lock-Trad system to the trusted SG381 platform — a rear-mounted thumbwheel that clamps the string internally for fast changes and rock-steady tuning. Built around a 16:1 gear ratio and a permanently sealed, self-lubricating die-cast housing, it delivers the smooth, backlash-free feel Gotoh is known for, with locking stability that rivals Schaller, Grover and Hipshot at a lower price.
Supplied as a 6-in-line (R6) set with 07 Schaller-style metal buttons and a Cosmo Black finish, the SG381-07R MG-T suits left-handed Fender-style and other in-line headstocks with a 10mm bore. Inline sets typically ship with staggered post heights for improved break angle without string trees — check your headstock before install. Accepts string up to 1.8mm (.070"). Bushings, washers and mounting screws included.
