Description
The Gotoh SGS510Z is the compact-body member of Gotoh's flagship SG510 sealed-gear series, made in Japan. Its smaller footprint makes it the go-to 510 for 6-in-line electric headstocks as well as parlor and 12-string acoustics, while delivering the series' highest standard 21:1 gear ratio for unusually fine, accurate tuning. Precision-fitted gears sit in a die-cast, permanently sealed and lubricated housing for years of smooth performance.
This set is configured 6-in-line (L6, right-handed) with S5 zinc metal buttons finished to match the gold (GG) plating. A refined, low-profile upgrade for Strat-style and other 6-in-line guitars.
Note: L6 = right-handed; a left-handed guitar needs the R6 designation.
