Description
The Gotoh SPH is a genuine tremolo spring claw (spring hanger), made in Japan—the metal anchor that the tremolo springs hook onto inside the spring cavity, screwed to the body to set overall spring tension. It's the same style of claw supplied with Gotoh vintage tremolo units, and a sturdy, precise replacement for a worn, corroded, or rattling factory claw.
With five spring hooks it accepts up to five springs, giving full flexibility in how you balance the bridge, and it installs with the two included mounting screws. Dimensions: 34mm mounting-screw hole spacing, 12.9mm height, 4.7mm hook diameter. Note: springs are not included—see the Gotoh SP (standard) or PSP (higher-tension) spring sets to complete the setup.
