Description
The Gotoh Ti103B-T is a modern Tune-O-Matic bridge from Gotoh's Standard Series, made in Japan. It strikes a balance between Nashville and ABR-1 designs: the wider Nashville-style body allows more intonation adjustment in the saddles than the earlier narrow ABR-1, which matters most for thicker strings, while M8 threaded posts thread directly into the body.
The highlight is the pre-notched titanium saddles, whose density and stiffness bring out rich harmonic overtones and extended sustain versus standard zinc or brass. The saddles are built into the bridge, so there's no retainer wire to deal with when restringing. Post spacing is 2-29/32" (74mm) with 2-1/16" (52.4mm) string spacing and a 300mm (12") radius; mounting studs are included.
