ABOUT THE K&K EXTERNAL VOLUME CONTROL

Gain effortless command over your sound with the K&K External Volume Control. This non-destructive, plug-and-play accessory is the ideal companion for any single-source passive internal transducer system, including all K&K Pure Pickups (Pure Mini, FanTaStick, Twin Spot, Big Twin) and similar systems.

Designed for simplicity and signal integrity, our Volume Control lets you adjust your output level directly at your instrument. For optimal performance and the widest range of adjustment, we recommend connecting it to a device (such as a preamp, amplifier, or mixer channel) with an input impedance of 1 Mega Ohm. If the impedance of your receiving device varies significantly, you might experience a slightly quicker transition from full volume to off. In some cases, a very subtle hum might occur when the potentiometer is in a middle position; however, it remains entirely noise-free at both "full-on" and "full-off." Many musicians also appreciate using the Volume Control as a quick, extended on/off switch for their pickup.
