Description:

The Rico Select Jazz Unfiled alto saxophone reeds are designed for players who require a vibrant sound and great projection. The unfiled cut offers a distinct tonal clarity and a responsive feel that works well for jazz and contemporary musical styles. These reeds are engineered to deliver a focused sound that maintains its character across the full range of the instrument.

This 10 pack of reeds utilizes a third-strength system, labeled as S, M, or H, to allow for more precise mouthpiece pairing than traditional half-strength systems. The 2S strength provides a soft reed resistance that is easy to control while still offering enough body for clear articulation. Each reed is manufactured to high standards to ensure consistent performance throughout the entire box, making them a reliable choice for daily practice and performance.
