Description:
These extra light acoustic guitar strings offer a comfortable, low-tension feel that is ideal for fingerpicking and light strumming. The silver-plated wrap wire delivers a bright, clear voice with a smooth response across the fretboard. Each string is constructed with a high-carbon steel core wire pulled to optimum playing tension and then wound with high-grade wrap wire using precise pitch and tension controllers to ensure an exquisite string design and perfect sound every time.
The string gauges include .010 (0.25mm), .014 (0.36mm), .023 (0.58mm), .030 (0.76mm), .039 (0.99mm), and .047 (1.19mm). This specific Monterey Pop set supports the James Marshall Hendrix Foundation mission to improve the quality of life for children and inspire creativity in the music, arts, and sciences. These strings provide the precision performance expected from Black Diamond for players who prefer reduced finger fatigue and easy bending during play.
