Description:
The ESP Custom Lab Split Shaft Spacer 1.5mm is designed for screw‑type knobs used on split‑shaft potentiometers. Without support, tightening the knob screw can crush or wear the shaft groove, causing tilted knobs, uneven rotation, or poor feel.

By placing this PVC spacer in the shaft groove, the knob is clamped securely regardless of the groove’s direction. This lets you align pointer knobs precisely, mark positions such as “0” or “10,” and fix hard‑to‑secure knobs on crowded control layouts.

The 1.5mm thickness is mainly compatible with CTS potentiometers. For instruments with several pots, you can mix different spacer sizes as needed. Do not use with push‑in knobs, damaged grooves, or 0.7mm‑groove pots such as many EQ or balancer types, which normally do not require spacers.
