Description
The Gotoh 510T-FE1 is a premium 2-point tremolo from Gotoh's flagship 510 series, made in Japan, and a serious upgrade for ST-style guitars. Its bridge plate is chromium-molybdenum steel with heat-treated knife edges that stay sharp and stable over years of use, while the steel block saddles give a bright, clear response with excellent hand comfort.
Two signature features set it apart: the FST tremolo block positions the string ball-ends so they don't bind against the plate on the way to the saddles—reducing wear and helping the trem return precisely to pitch—and the patented Stud Lock secures the pivot studs to their anchors for maximum sound transfer to the body. This unit has a 42mm block and 10.8mm string spacing, finished in chrome, with the A7 arm and all mounting hardware included. Note: installation may require adjusting/redrilling post holes—check post location against your existing tremolo before fitting.
