Description
The Gotoh 510TS-FE1 is a premium 2-point tremolo from Gotoh's flagship 510 series, made in Japan, distinguished by its solid steel tremolo block—the "TS" upgrade—which increases sustain and delivers a fuller, deeper low-end compared with the standard 510T block. The bridge plate is chromium-molybdenum steel with heat-treated knife edges that stay sharp and stable, and the steel block saddles give a bright, articulate response.
Two signature features round it out: the FST tremolo block positions the string ball-ends so they don't bind against the plate on the way to the saddles—reducing wear and helping the trem return precisely to pitch—and the patented Stud Lock secures the pivot studs to their anchors for maximum sound transfer to the body. This unit has a 42mm steel block and 10.8mm string spacing, finished in gold, with the A7 arm and all mounting hardware included. Note: installation may require adjusting/redrilling post holes—check post location against your existing tremolo before fitting.
