Description:
The Gruv Gear FretWraps String Dampener in Maple Small is a professional solution for eliminating unwanted string noise and sympathetic resonance. Whether you are recording in the studio, executing complex tapping passages, or playing with high gain, this dampener helps reduce the overtones that can clutter your signal. It is an essential tool for guitarists and bassists seeking cleaner takes and improved technical clarity without changing their instrument's permanent setup.
Operation is straightforward: simply slide the FretWrap over the strings to your preferred position and adjust the pressure to achieve the desired level of dampening. When full open-string resonance is required for a song, the unit slides easily behind the nut for storage. This versatility makes it ideal for transitioning between practice, studio sessions, and live performances while maintaining total control over your instrument's sustain and clarity.
