Description:
The Gruv Gear FretWraps String Dampener in Camo Green/Brown is a professional string muting accessory designed to clean up your sound when extra string noise starts getting in the way. Whether you are recording in the studio, tapping, playing with high gain, or trying to tighten up your technique, these wraps help reduce unwanted overtones and sympathetic ringing. Simply slide the FretWrap over the strings, adjust the pressure to your preference, and play. The notes you actually want to hear come through more clearly, making it an essential tool for technical passages.
This Camo Green and Brown dampener is ideal for studio players chasing cleaner takes and guitarists or bassists using high gain settings. When you want your strings fully open again, just move the wrap behind the nut without any hassle or permanent instrument mods. It is a simple, effective way to control vibrations during practice or live performance. This small size is specifically tailored to fit most standard 6-string electric and acoustic guitars as well as 4-string bass guitars.
