The Snark SN-5X (also sold under the model code SN-5GX) is the updated, current-production version of Snark's iconic entry-level clip-on tuner — the one that helped drive over 25 million Snark tuners sold worldwide. The frequency range is tailored specifically to electric guitar, acoustic guitar, bass, and violin, making the SN-5X the most focused of the Snark lineup for players who don't need the wider all-instrument or wind-instrument coverage of the ST-2 or ST-8. An upgraded processing chip inside delivers faster tracking and higher accuracy than earlier SN-5 revisions.
