Description:
The Timber Tones Star Tones Black Horn Guitar Pick is crafted from natural horn to deliver a warm, rounded tone similar to traditional tortoiseshell. Because it is made from keratin-based material, it provides a smooth feel and organic resonance. This model is specifically designed for musicians who prefer a large pick capable of withstanding heavy use during performance. The equilateral triangle shape provides three distinct playing points, and as each point wears at a different rate, you can experience subtle variations in your attack and overall tone.
For improved handling, the pick features a recessed hole that provides a surprising amount of grip during intense playing sessions. This 5.0mm pick is highly recommended for bass guitar and gypsy jazz guitar due to its thickness and durability. As these are manufactured from natural materials, each pick will show unique variations in color and grain. This single pick offers a combination of traditional sound and modern ergonomic design for players seeking a substantial feel.
