Description:
The Gruv Gear FretWraps String Dampener Gem in Purple (Small) is a professional tool designed to clean up your sound by effectively reducing unwanted string noise. Whether you are recording in the studio, tapping, playing with high gain, or practicing to tighten your technique, FretWraps help control the overtones and sympathetic vibrations that can often sneak into your playing and muddy your takes. This simple yet effective accessory ensures that only the notes you intend to play are heard clearly, which is especially useful during fast technical passages or high-gain performances.
The adjustable pressure design lets you dial in the exact amount of dampening you need for your specific instrument or playing style. When you want your strings to be fully open again, simply slide the FretWrap behind the nut without any hassle. There are no tools, adhesives, or permanent modifications required to use this dampener. The Small size is specifically designed to fit most 6-string guitars and 4-string basses, making it a versatile addition for any guitarist or bassist looking to improve their audio clarity during live performances or studio sessions.
